1. Closed cycle grinding at rate of 300 kg/h:

Graphic №1 presents a ready product coming out of the hose filter.

Graphic №2 – presents characteristics of the circulation load.

Graphic №3 – presents a ready product coming out of the cyclone.

2. To demonstrate possibilities of the open cycle PCM grinding (without classifier and cyclone as they limit the ability to get ultra fine product), we provide milled quartz sand distribution curves at production rate of 300 kg/h (Graphic №4), 500 kg/h (Graphic №5),750 kg/h (Graphic №6),1000 kg/h (Graphic №7) and 1500 kg/h (Graphic №8).

Original material is the same for all the tests.
