High-pressure Hydraulic Hoses (HPH)
 The product range of the Hydraulic Department comprises high-pressure hoses (HPH) which may be supplied by length (in meters) or assembled with end fittings, for use in hydraulic systems of logging machines, of utility, road, and construction equipment, and of equipment of the metal manufacture, mining, and pulp and paper industries.
The Service Center is outfitted with new equipment by Uniflex company (Germany) for crimping of hydraulic hoses with end fittings.
The main advantage of the Service Center is its testing equipment for pressure testing of the crimping quality.
The high-pressure hoses are certified in Russia for compliance with the standards GOST 6286-73 and GOST 25452-90.
Machining Workshop
Purpose
The machining workshop is an independent unit of the Hydraulics Department manufacturing fittings and other connecting parts for the crimping workshop. The workshop comprises a design and engineering department, which develops design documentation for manufactured articles and provides engineering pre-production. The workshop’s quality control inspects the outgoing product quality.
Equipment
The workshop is outfitted with highly efficient, high-precision automatic lathes by Gildemesister (Germany) and Casati (Italy) and Russian-made NC machines, and a set of multipurpose equipment. The workshop’s own repair service provides routine repair of the equipment.
Tools and Rigging
The production process uses highly efficient tools and rigging. A broad range of quality tools by Sandvic-Coromant, Narex, and Codoy are in use. The lubricants and cutting fluids used are high-quality products by Esso.
